It all begins with an idea & then you need a Studio!

How to use Ruum:um Studio? Here are some guidelines.

BOOK & GET ACCESS

  • Press the “Book Studio” button and find a suitable time slot to complete the booking process.

  • Check your emails! You need to receive an email confirmation with your booking details and an hour before the booking a unique access code.

  • Go to the studio's location on your booked date and time, then use your unique entry code to access the Studio.

WHAT TO KNOW INSIDE THE STUDIO

  • Studio is ready for use when you arrive.

  • Get Comfortable: adjust your seat and relax.

  • Press “Start record” button to capture your content.

  • The system is designed to record from multiple angles, ensuring comprehensive coverage of your session.

  • When you're finished, hit the “stop recording” button, and the system will finalize your files.

ENDING YOUR SESSION AT STUDIO

  • You can leave the studio immediately, no need to shut down any equipment. It´s all automated.

  • Please make sure that the Studio door is closed and locked!

  • You’ll receive an email from us with a link to download recorded files. Your content is now ready for editing or direct publishing.
